They are very impressive screens indeed. I believe you got carried away by adding the MacLaren name in there which I suppose should'ved only read "Ferrari Project - F1 screenshots".
I'm not really into just a one manufacturer type of racing game, but will definitely rent this one out for sure if it gets released - just to have a look and see how good it will deliver.

Nothing much MS can do about this... They can't just simply change-over to Blu-Ray - it's not that simple, to change their hardware or even an add-on player would be a disaster ( press/publicity/gamers and consumers combined ) and they have to re-format all their old titles and re-release them again.
So if this news rumour is true, they have to settle for a *2-disc format.
As for the game, let's hope the developers will implement in-car view ands a better and more subdue...
May look good with these screenshots but on an hd-screen not really... first things first - the camera movements are very limited ( which is very annoying, the developers should really fix this one before releasing the full game ).
Since it is only a demo, I did'nt find it scary nor creepy as in something like the Silent Hill game. It's more like you see the zombies coming, hack, slash or shoot them once they're there and get out - no signs or warnings to make you feel scary.
A good ad with most of Sony's triple "A" games being shown and some to be released very soon, but nothing really special.
It's definitely just one of the many mediums out there of course... and a very close second to free-to-air or pay television.
Can also be clearly viewed and read on ( all ) the gaming websites by a lot of kids/adults who are very much into games - about topics concering porn actresses being interviewed by game journalists, putting out materials on which games has the best looking babes and all, who is the hottest and has got the biggest... so yes games does sexualizes girls like por...
The biggest sin being a lot of these journalists are really biased.
Rarely do I get to see and read neutral repoting about game reviews these days.
Nothing against Nintendo games which are good but they were definitely biased towards them... so in fairness this was'nt really "the best 25 games of all time" more like ***"the best of Nintendo games of all time" I say.
One very big issue that I'ved noticed in all things gaming ( in all websites ) is this penchant for interviewing a lot of porn actresses.
What are they trying to prove, what's with all this publicity about them?, who plays this and that game or uses this and that console? Is it to humanise and make these porn stars more accessible to the public thru gaming or just a lot of frustrated and sexed-up journalists who wants to get some fix?
I love my porn just like the next guy ...
To conclude on who's better between the 2 games - definitely GranTurismo 5: Prologue.
Even without said damage-mode it is still way far ahead of Forza2 in just about everything and that from a game most still consider a demo which actually it is not.
For the purity of virtual racing enjoyment ( especially if you own a steering wheel ) GranTurismo just takes the cake.
*Also before the Prologue Series comes to an end it might get a damage-mode feature via download...
If only I could use the Xbox360 pad on my GranTurismo: Prologue which I play heaps... at least I use mostly my G25's and from time-to-time swap it with my DualShock3 which is just kinda ok.
Quite true, the XBox360 is the best control pad in terms of build, ergonomics, button/trigger placement but also believe the Nintendo Wavebird ( 9th ) should have been higher.
As well with the G25's for being the best steering wheel, just because of the quality of materials used, feels right, well thought-out design, great adjustability of controls and set-up ( like gearshift not being fixed, triple-mode gear selection = 6 speed manual, sequential, paddleshifters ), easy control acces...
I just bought a pre-owned limited edition 2-disc tin box for AU$40 = US$38 ( still going to keep my normal 1-disc version ) the other day, main reason that I'ved always wanted to see the making of, and a few featurettes.
Thought it was ok except for those kids interviewing the staff and Cliffy B's moments.
My hopes are'nt very high on this game especially the physics on the "demo" was a bit of a let down, fingers crosed though that they make a few tweaks to fix this issue and make it a little bit better for the actual game release., but am still buying it just because of the great line-up of cars and a few tracks the developer has put in.
Plus I want to try my G25 steering wheel, not the XBox 360 version anyways.
I want to get the limited edition of Gear of War 2, but nothing much is still very much said/confirmed on the content of the second disc.
For sure I know it's going to include another making of, but also hope it's not another bad video interview by those horrible kids on the first limited edition and all those bad Cliffy B. moments.
More of the making of Gear of War 2, and a lot of featurettes would be much greatly appreciated Epic.
The developers' and Sony ( where this game first came-out ) should take a second look at this awesome title.
Such a pity if it would only be a Nintendo exclusive.
